Welcome to Meetkiwi Inc. ("us," "we," or "our"). Meetkiwi Inc. operates the websites kiwicode.ai, meetkiwi.ai, myautobots.com, and app.myautobots.com (together, "Meetkiwi"). This Privacy Policy governs your visits to these websites and explains how we collect, use, safeguard, and disclose information resulting from your use of Meetkiwi. By using Meetkiwi, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Together with our Terms of Service, this policy constitutes your agreement with us.
We collect several types of information to provide and improve Meetkiwi.
While using Meetkiwi, we may ask you to provide personally identifiable information used to contact or identify you, including but not limited to your email address, cookies, and Usage Data. We may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing, or promotional materials; you may opt out at any time by emailing abhishek@meetkiwi.co.
We may collect information your browser sends when you visit Meetkiwi — such as IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time and date of visit, time spent on pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data. Mobile access may additionally include device type, unique device ID, mobile operating system, and mobile browser type.

Meetkiwi integrates with Google services (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) to automate workflows, and may request permissions to read, create, edit, and manage the relevant content as authorized by you. We use Google user data strictly to provide these productivity features. We do not sell or share Google user data with third parties for advertising; we do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train AI/ML models; access is limited to functionality required for the intended services. You can revoke access at any time via your Google Account settings ("Third-party apps with account access"), by disconnecting the account in App Links within the application, or by contacting abhishek@meetkiwi.co.
We retain Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out here, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Usage Data is generally retained for shorter periods except where used to strengthen security or improve functionality, or where longer retention is legally required.
Your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers outside your jurisdiction, including the United States. Your consent to this policy followed by your submission of information represents agreement to that transfer. We take steps reasonably necessary to ensure your data is treated securely; no transfer occurs unless adequate controls are in place.

Users can visit our site anonymously; our Privacy link is conspicuously posted; users will be notified of changes on this page and can change personal information by emailing us. We honor Do Not Track signals — when a DNT browser mechanism is in place we do not track, plant cookies, or use advertising.

We may use third-party providers such as Google Analytics to monitor and analyze use of Meetkiwi. For paid products we use third-party payment processors; we do not store or collect your payment card details — that information goes directly to the processor, governed by their privacy policy.
Meetkiwi may link to sites we do not operate; review their policies. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will post changes on this page — changes are effective when posted.
